short distance to Flemington and Caulfied Racecourses, the Fomula One Racing
Venue, and all other entertainment venues in central Melbourne and surrounding
areas.

For schools and universities, it's two to ten minutes walk to Swinburne university
and prestige private schools, a 10 to 20 minute short trip to the main universities,
such as, University of Melbourne, RMIT, VUT, La Trobe city Campus, Deakin
Toorak campus and Monash city campus by bus, tram or train. Dragon Village is
also close many to shops, restaurants and parks.
